Prerequisites

Fire Arrow is currently targeting Azure Health Data Services. While it is by no means tied to it and should work with any FHIR server, deployment assumes that you base your infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

Before starting, have the following items in place:

  • Microsoft Azure subscription
  • An instance of Azure Health Data Services (only the FHIR service is needed, but you are free to instantiate both the DICOM and FHIR service into the same workspace)
  • An Azure B2C instance for authentication
